Welcome to Episode six of the “Help-Is-Here” Series. This session is about forgiveness. We’ve mentioned it in the past, and we’ve gone through various exercises in forgiving others, but it hasn’t been as critical as it is now for the forgiveness of ourselves, the forgiveness of others, and the forgiveness of the world.

Aingeal Rose on Forgiveness
Today, as I opened the records, I’m seeing the blue light of peace that we saw some weeks ago, and I’m also seeing violet. Source is focusing once again on how high the frequency of peace is. When I saw the blue light, it lifted me above the Earth into a higher place. It showed the violet light and said, this is the time for forgiveness. Spirit is asking us to use the violet light of grace across the world. If we want to make this transformation into a new world, we must forgive.
Let’s look at what’s going on in the world. Trump’s impeachment trial is a good representation of where we are within ourselves, that this is a time of compassion. Forgiveness doesn’t mean he doesn’t get convicted. It means if we want to help somebody transform, we must affirm their innocence and affirm that they’re loved and that any mistakes they have made that differ from love are just mistakes.
Source is reminding us that that’s all it does is give everybody another opportunity to experience love. Only then can the Emerald green light come in and do its healing. But we have to be in a place of forgiveness first, be offering that to everybody in the world, even ourselves, anywhere where we feel we’re lacking it — this is our job for transformation.

I got some plastic coins for my birthday from Aingeal Rose. To a child, they appear to be real, but they have no value to us. We seem to attach value to things that have no value, all around us, all over the world, all the time. And that is something that we need to address, because if there’s no value in it, why are we putting our time and attention on these kinds of things? We are in a process of forgiveness that starts with ourselves.

Aingeal Rose mentioned Trump, but the lesson wasn’t about him. She was talking across the board about everybody, our in-laws, friends, relations, our business partners, customers and clients. It includes anybody with whom there may be acrimony around. The forgiveness has to happen first within ourselves. That’s a big lesson for me and very difficult to do. The march of a thousand miles begins with a single step. We’ve got to find that place in ourselves where forgiveness happens. And it doesn’t mean forgiving somebody outside of you; it might start with forgiving yourself.
I’ve got to forgive myself because lots of times, when the outside world comes in on top of me, I feel it’s me that’s at fault, that I’m the problem, or they’re the problem. I can be quick to lay blame and convict others for everything and anything and excuse myself. This is a big lesson, and it’s why this session is “The Time For Forgiveness”.
